• Compliance with and legal obligations to article 6(1) paragraph 1(c) GDPR): in order to ensure compliance with these requirements we have to process certain data.

4. For what purpose is your data being processed? Your data will be processed by us only and exclusively for the permitted purposes allowed by legislation about data protection: a) PRIVACY AND COOKIES finality in which you previously agreed; b) processing of your data with the purpose of executing the Contract; c) execution of pre-contractual measures by your request; d) fulfillment of legal obligations to which we are subject to; e) safeguard of our legitimate interests or of a third party’s legitimate interests, except in the case in which your interests prevail over them; f) assessment, exercise, or defense of a right or legal claim; g) for reasons of relevant public interest; h) marketing and publicity, in particular activities of direct marketing.

Among other things, we will keep your data for these specific purposes as written in the following example:

for purposes relating to the Contract: mainly to execute the Contract stipulated with you;
To contact you in relation to the Contract and for the handling of it;
Client services: in the end, to offer you a valid customer service, we will frequently process your data, for example, in order to give you comprehensive advice. For the sole purpose of bettering the quality and process of customer care and of personnel training, in addition we will handle the personal data collected through the sample recordings of telephone calls, in respect to the legislation on privacy and the provisions of the Privacy Regulator for the protection of personal data.
handling of legal warranty claims, conformity of product, assistance, return claims, management and termination of the Contract;
Collaboration with the company’s partners and/or forming part of Elizabeth Vincent Art of Vincent Elizabeth Cavanaugh for a better handling of your requests/necessities;
transfer of data to third parties only and exclusively for the handling of requests, if done with procedures from “remote” through video, internet, and only or exclusively for personal data requested by operators of the platform using these procedures.

Handling of your data subject to Consent: in the following cases the handling of your data only and exclusively if you have given your expressed consent for:

How is your data protected? Elizabeth Vincent Art by Vincent Elizabeth Cavanaugh will process your personal data based on the security obligations related to the processing of data in accordance with article 32 GDPR. Professional consultation activity and assistance.

Elizabeth Vincent Art of Vincent Elizabeth Cavanaugh will nominate all of the above mentioned entities as Managers of Data Processing, if the relevant conditions exist, and in every case will bind these third parties to maintain confidentiality in regards to your data. Your rights, based on the GDPR and of other applicable provisions regarding data protection, have precise and non limitable rights.
